In order to generate your DxDiag file, press the "Windows" + "R" keys, then type "dxdiag". Click on "Save all the information" button, and save the "DxDiag.txt" file



Your Option.ini file is located on C:\Users\YourUserName\Saved Games\EugenSystems\NameOfTheGame




If you can, write in English or French, it's the main languages spoken by our support team.








You can take an in-game screenshot by pressing the "Print Screen" key. The screenshots are located in C:\Users\YourUserName\Saved Games\EugenSystems\NameOfTheGame




Replays (.rpl3 files) can be found in the Steam_directory\userdata\SteamID\572410\remote directory




Crash dump files (.dmp) are generated when the game crashes and can be found on C:\UsersUSERNAME\AppData\Local\Temp
